Agreement

By installing or using the FieldFire app, you agree to these terms and the applicable mobile-store terms. The person operating the app must have authority to manage the team audio workflow and any connected third-party accounts.

Product scope

FieldFire is an audio-only mobile app for manual player walk-ups, supported GameChanger synchronization, reviewed manual hype cues, optional Apple Music and Spotify connections, and customer-provided local audio. It does not control FieldFire Spark hardware, browser scoreboards, HDMI output, external tunnels, or Bluetooth pairing.

Subscription and free trial

FieldFire is free to download and requires an auto-renewing subscription for full access. Eligible new subscribers receive a seven-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription renews at US$14.99 per month in the United States unless canceled before renewal. Apple or Google displays the applicable localized price, taxes, and eligibility before purchase. The trial provides the same app access as a paid month.

Billing, cancellation, and restoration

Your subscription is billed, managed, and refunded by the store where you subscribed. Cancel or manage renewal through your Apple Account or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting FieldFire does not cancel a subscription. You may restore access on eligible devices signed in to the same store account. Apple and Google subscriptions do not transfer between platforms in the initial release.

Third-party services

Apple Music, Spotify, and GameChanger are independent services. Their accounts, plans, apps, connectivity, availability, terms, and data access requirements are separate from the FieldFire app and may change or become unavailable. FieldFire does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party access and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those services.

Music and content rights

Apple Music and Spotify features are intended for personal, noncommercial use under the applicable provider terms. You must provide an eligible account and are responsible for where and how you play music and for obtaining any music, public-performance, venue, league, team, and other permissions required for audio you select or import. FieldFire does not provide a music subscription, music license, public-performance rights, or authorization from Apple, Spotify, artists, labels, publishers, venues, leagues, or other rights holders. Do not use unlawful, unsafe, harassing, or inappropriate content.

Adult operation and safety

The FieldFire app is intended for adult game-day operators. Configure audio before play begins, keep attention on field safety, follow venue volume rules, and do not operate the app in a way that distracts from responsibilities at the game.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with app or service security, attempt unauthorized access, extract another user's provider information, submit malicious code, misuse provider credentials, or use the FieldFire app unlawfully. FieldFire software, cue libraries, visual identity, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Availability and changes

FieldFire may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue app features, integrations, or field-test access. Store availability, device compatibility, provider availability, and network conditions vary. FieldFire will provide any rights required by applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldFire is not responsible for use of third-party music services outside applicable terms or permissions, third-party outages, customer-provided audio, music-rights disputes, venue equipment, unsafe operation, network failures, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these terms overrides provider terms or excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit FieldFire to exclude.
