Shipping Policy
In-stock Spark orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Carrier transit time is additional.
Processing
In-stock Spark Controller orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. This is the processing window, not an arrival estimate. Any special project work has the separate lead time shown before purchase.
Transit and tracking
Carrier transit time begins after shipment and varies by destination, service, weather, and carrier operations. A tracking email is sent when available. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Address changes
Contact FieldFire immediately if the shipping address is incorrect. An address cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for complete, deliverable address information entered at checkout.
Damage or loss
Photograph visible package damage and contact FieldFire promptly. FieldFire will help investigate carrier loss or damage and determine the available replacement, claim, or refund path.
