Spotify playback requires Spotify Premium, internet access, and the right to play music at your venue. Local FieldFire audio remains available when a connected provider is not ready.

Spark runs as a local FieldFire appliance. An approved operator uses a phone, tablet, or laptop browser to control the dedicated box connected to the field audio route.

Read all Spark answersDoes Spark include a speaker or display?
No. Spark is the controller. Use the powered speaker or PA already at the field through the reviewed analog or Bluetooth route. A browser scoreboard is available as a secondary output, but display hardware is not required for the audio workflow and is not included.
What happens when a batter walk-up is triggered?
Spark lets the output route settle, plays the reviewed local now-batting number announcement for jersey numbers 1 through 99, and then starts that player's assigned local or Spotify song crop.
What does automatic hype do?
When GameChanger is connected for a supported live game and the operator enables the reviewed automatic categories, Spark follows game state and resolves approved cues for moments such as scoring, momentum, defense, outs, pressure, umpire calls, organ stingers, and player walk-ups.
What is required for Spotify playback?
Use an authorized Spotify Premium account, internet access, and Spark's supported local Spotify Connect receiver routed through the configured game-day audio output. Spotify service, account fees, track availability, and music rights are separate from Spark.
Does Spark need internet during the game?
Spotify and GameChanger synchronization require internet. The local FieldFire interface and prepared local audio can continue through the device's configured local network path. Test the exact field setup before game day.
What are the return and warranty terms?
Spark has a 30-day return window and a one-year hardware warranty. Review the published return and warranty policies for eligibility, exclusions, and the support process.
