Delete FieldFire App Data

Public instructions for deleting data saved by the FieldFire hardware companion app and revoking its access to a FieldFire appliance.

Delete FieldFire app data

These instructions apply to the Android app listed on Google Play as FieldFire, package live.fieldfire.control. FieldFire does not create a cloud app account, and this deletion process does not require a website login.

  1. Open FieldFire and remove the saved FieldFire from the device list. This deletes that appliance's saved name, addresses, connection details, and device-issued controller credential from the phone.
  2. To revoke every paired phone, sign in to the FieldFire appliance as an administrator, open Device > Users, and delete the managed FieldFire app identity. This deletes the appliance-side identity and revokes its issued controller credentials.
  3. Clear FieldFire's app data in the phone settings or uninstall FieldFire to remove any remaining app-local data, subject to the phone operating system's backup and deletion behavior.

Request deletion help

For deletion help or to request deletion of privacy or support information controlled by FieldFire, email support@field-fire.live. Include only the FieldFire ID needed to identify the request. Do not send passwords, Wi-Fi credentials, access tokens, player information, or other sensitive data. FieldFire may verify the request before deleting applicable records.

What FieldFire cannot delete remotely

FieldFire cannot remotely delete information stored only on hardware the user controls. An appliance administrator must delete appliance data and the managed FieldFire app identity directly on that FieldFire. FieldFire support can provide instructions.

Retention

Phone data remains until the saved FieldFire is removed, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Appliance data remains until an administrator removes it on that appliance. Limited support, security, and operational records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving an active support request.
