Set team standards first

Collect a primary song and backup before the season. Confirm the clean version, choose a consistent clip length, and set a deadline for changes. The team is responsible for league rules, venue volume limits, and music permissions.

Assign the complete cue

In My Teams, verify the player number, choose a local file or search Spotify, set the start point, and select the supported playback window. Preview the full sequence so the number announcement and song transition are correct before saving.

Spark plays the reviewed local now batting number clip first, then the player’s saved song crop. That sequence stays consistent even when different adults operate the next game.

Prepare the field audio

• Confirm whether the speaker uses Bluetooth or an analog input.
• Test the exact Spark output route before warmups.
• Keep Spark, the speaker, and any network equipment safely powered.
• Put the operator where they can see the batter and hear the field audio.
• Keep a local-audio fallback for unreliable internet.

Use Walk-Up Game Mode

Walk-Up Game Mode keeps the batting order visible and lets the operator trigger players individually. Curated manual hype stays below the lineup for introductions, rallies, big hits, runs, big outs, and wins.

When a supported GameChanger game is connected, automatic hype can follow reviewed game moments separately. The operator can still stop audio or use a manual cue at any time.

Make tournament handoff easy

Limit operation to approved adults. Document the Spark login, startup order, audio level, and shutdown steps without sharing personal Spotify credentials. Test the first field before the first plate appearance.
