2. Products and Services

FieldFire provides game-day scoring, display, audio, Hype Deck, team, portal, licensing, and related FieldFire Spark products and connected game-day services. Product pages, checkout pages, quotes, invoices, and order confirmations describe what is included in a specific purchase.

Display hardware, audio equipment, monitors, matrix panels, mounts, cables, subscriptions, integrations, and services are included only when expressly listed in the applicable product description or order confirmation.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices, availability, promotions, taxes, shipping charges, and product details may change without notice. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order when needed to correct errors, prevent fraud, comply with law, or address availability or fulfillment issues.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, account, and contact information when placing an order.

4. Digital Products, Licenses, Trials, and Subscriptions

Some FieldFire offerings are digital products, subscriptions, trials, or license-based services. A downloadable FieldFire License Activation Guide may be provided through checkout and email for convenience. The guide is reference material. The actual software license entitlement, access level, device association, and activation status live in the FieldFire customer portal or related entitlement system.

If a one-month trial is offered, trial access begins when activated or as otherwise stated at checkout or in the portal. Paid plans may be offered monthly or yearly. Annual plans may include a discount shown at checkout. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and access terms are shown at checkout, in your account, or in the customer portal.

Licenses are for the purchasing account, organization, device, or authorized users described at purchase or activation. You may not resell, transfer, share, bypass, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse FieldFire licenses, activation systems, software, or portal access.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Support

Physical products are shipped according to the shipping terms shown at checkout and any posted Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled under the posted Refund Policy, product-specific terms, and applicable law.

For support, contact [email protected]. Support may require order information, device information, portal account details, firmware version, network information, or proof of purchase.

6. Setup, Operation, and Safety

You are responsible for proper setup, power, mounting, network access, audio routing, display connections, supervision, and safe use of FieldFire products in your environment. FieldFire products are not emergency systems, life-safety systems, security systems, or substitutes for venue safety procedures.

Field conditions, internet access, third-party devices, browsers, displays, speakers, networks, operating systems, and venue equipment may affect performance. Local control and fallback operation should be tested before relying on a setup during an event.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

FieldFire may support workflows involving third-party services such as GameChanger-supported workflows, USSSA-supported integrations, payment providers, shipping providers, cloud services, music sources, and other tools. Third-party names are used to describe compatibility or workflows only. Unless expressly stated, FieldFire is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with those third parties.

Third-party services may change, restrict, interrupt, or discontinue access. FieldFire is not responsible for third-party outages, data accuracy, account restrictions, API changes, or service terms.

8. Teams, Music, Logos, and Content

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any team names, logos, roster information, player information, images, audio, music, walk-up songs, announcements, and other content you upload, assign, display, or play through FieldFire.

If your use involves youth teams, students, minors, schools, leagues, or player information, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and following applicable privacy, school, league, and organizational requirements.

9. Software Updates and Changes

FieldFire may provide software, firmware, content, portal, or service updates. Updates may add, modify, or remove features, fix issues, improve security, or change compatibility. Some features may require current software, active licensing, supported hardware, or internet access.
