FieldFire operator help

Get game day moving.

Updated August 8, 2026. FieldFire Spark is designed for the normal youth-sports setup: a phone, tablet, or laptop on the local network, a Bluetooth speaker or audio output, and a team ready to play.

Start here

  1. Connect locally: open the FieldFire address on the same network and sign in with the configured FieldFire account.
  2. Build today’s game: choose the sport, create or select the teams, and confirm the live-game setup.
  3. Set the audience view: put the fan-facing scoreboard or visual display on the TV, browser, HDMI path, or FieldFire display hardware.
  4. Pair the sound: route audio to the Bluetooth speaker, gym speaker, sideline speaker, or selected audio output before first pitch, tipoff, or kickoff.
  5. Run Hype Deck: trigger walk-ups, introductions, scoring moments, timeouts, big plays, crowd prompts, and wins.
  6. Check Device: review health, outputs, connections, updates, users, and built-in help before game time.

Best uses

  • Baseball and softball walk-up moments, runs, inning breaks, and final-score celebrations
  • Football introductions, touchdowns, defensive stops, timeouts, and rivalry moments
  • Basketball intros, timeouts, runs, buzzer moments, and tournament games
  • League and tournament setups where one repeatable process needs to work across multiple fields or courts

Feature availability varies by hardware profile, configured outputs, connected equipment, installed release, and active purchase. Local game-day control should be tested before relying on a setup during an event.
