What FieldFire is building next
This roadmap explains the direction of FieldFire Spark, youth-sports Hype, and game-day control. It is informational only. It is not a preorder, purchase offer, or guaranteed release date.
Available today
- Spark controller path: Use existing Bluetooth speakers, screens, projectors, browser displays, HDMI paths, or audio-first setups.
- Team identity: Save teams, colors, logos, rosters, lineups, and player walk-up assignments for repeat game-day use.
- Hype Deck: Trigger walk-ups, intros, scoring moments, timeouts, defensive stops, big plays, and wins while the operator stays in control.
- Audience display paths: Send the game state to browser displays, selected hardware, or FieldFire display systems depending on the setup.
Near-term focus
- Better youth-sports presets: cleaner baseball, softball, football, and basketball workflows for common team and league use cases.
- Cleaner live-game visuals: product and website screenshots should show demo teams in live-game states instead of setup or pregame screens.
- League and tournament kits: repeatable Spark setups for multiple fields, courts, divisions, championship games, and weekend events.
- Mobile control polish: focused phone and tablet workflows for scorekeepers, coaches, and operators who need quick Hype actions during play.
Planned release areas
- Additional display formats after enclosure, mounting, power, shipping, warranty, and support validation.
- Tournament and multi-device operations for schedules, brackets, assignments, and field or court operations.
- Approved sponsor and signage moments that stay separate from the live score truth.
- Broader sport layouts after the core youth-sports workflow is stable on the intended hardware.
Roadmap boundary: Future names, prices, preorders, and release dates are intentionally omitted until validation and fulfillment gates are complete.
How a roadmap item becomes a release
- Build and verify: It works in the intended environment with clear fallback behavior.
- Operate and recover: Setup, monitoring, backup, rollback, and support are documented and tested.
- Confirm commercial readiness: Inventory, cost, shipping, warranty, returns, terms, privacy, and billing are ready for the exact offer.
- Publish the release: Only then does FieldFire move the item from planned language into an available feature or Shopify offer.
